This Terms of User agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Veteran Families for Education and Awareness, ("Organization," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("User," "you," or "your"). By accessing or using our website https://www.vfea.org, along with any content, information, materials, features, service, or anything available at or through or used in connection with the Organization’s web services (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the Site, or accessing it in any manner, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms of Use and the Organization’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site.
2. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Use by posting updates and/or changes to our Site. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Reuse or resale of this property or any portion thereof is prohibited unless given permission in writing by the Organization.
The Organization’s logos and taglines such as “Knowledge Saves Lives. Prevention. Early Detection. Mitigation.” and any other trade names, trademarks, service marks, certification marks, collective marks, and branding as these terms are defined in 15 U.S.C. § 1127, alone or in combination, whether registered or unregistered, present in any manner on the Site may not be copied, imitated, or used in any other way, whether in part or entirety, without the prior written permission of the Organization.
All content, text, and creative works featured on the Site are protected by copyright laws. No part of the content may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, without prior written permission from the copyright owner, except for sharing the link to this Site. Users are prohibited from using, modifying, or adapting the content for any unauthorized purposes. Any unauthorized use may violate copyright laws and result in legal action. By accessing and using this Site, users acknowledge and agree to respect the intellectual property rights of the content creators and comply with copyright laws.

The Organization disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular use or purpose, title, or non-infringement of rights. The Organization is not liable for defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct by third parties accessing the Site. You acknowledge and assume any risk of injury. 7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under applicable federal laws and the laws of the State of Nevada, excluding any conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of any Nevada state or federal court sitting in Clark County, Nevada over any suit, action, or proceeding between the Organization and you arising out of or relating to this Agreement or under any federal, state, or local statute, regulation, ordinance, or common law. You hereby waive the necessity of personal service of any summons, complaint, or other process in any action in any Nevada state or federal court sitting in Clark County, Nevada and agree that all service thereof may be made by: (i) certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, to you; or (ii) personal service.
You shall neither assign nor transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms of Use without the Organization's advance written consent. All agreements and obligations contained in these Terms of Use shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of all parties and their permitted representatives, successors, and assigns.
These Terms of Use constitute the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement and understanding between the Organization and you, superseding all prior agreements, understandings, communications, and proposals, oral or written, related to the subject matter of these Terms of Use. They may not be amended or modified except in writing executed by the Organization.
The provisions of these Terms of Use are severable, and if any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
